Shipping charge will be charged actual weight and dimension of package. Our website only calculate approximately. Shipping charge always less than what it shows.

Shipping Policies

Agpapparel.com ships prepaid or Cod if applicable. UPS is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.

When will my order be shipped?

Usually all orders received before 12:00 PM, are shipped on the same day, all orders placed after will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.

How to Ship to AK, HI and PR

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.

International Shipping

The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. We use USPS for all international shipments, unless costumer prefers their own shipping method like UPS.

You can click on the "Fedex Worldwide Delivery Times" link to see how fast your orders will get to you. Use "Los Angeles" for city and "90012" for postal code as ORIGIN.

How do I return an item?

Return Procedures.

1. Please send us picture of damage part. Sometimes customer and we get misunderstanding between damages. We want to make sure. Please send us by e-mail: sales@agpapparel.com
1. Por favor mandenos la foto de la parte danada de la mercancia. A veces los clientes mal entienden los danos de la mercancia. Queremos estar seguros. Por favor envielo a sales@agpapparel.com

2. We will send the call tag by e-mail to ship the item back with RMA #.
2. Una vez que le proveamos el numero de devolucion le mandaremos por el correo electronico la etiqueta de envio para imprimir

3. As soon as we get item back we will issue store credit or refund. For AGP website customers will get deduct credit automatically.

4. We can only give store credit or refund for the manufacturing defected handbag. We are so sorry to say we can not send replacement item. We do not have enough mark up to cover the cost of shipping. All the call tag will be applied to customers within US Continental Only

All the damage items has to be claimed within 10 days of receipt and must have label with packaging. Item sold to customers or used will not be able to cover as manufacture defect. And we can not issue any kind of credit.

Returning Merchandise
Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete return request form within 10 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' errors are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. We may file small claim to the customers. All the legal fees are liable by customers.

Devolusion de la mercancia
La devolusion es solamente acceptada solamente con autorizacion. Para recibir el numero de autorizacion tiene llamar al 213-625-7900 dentro de los 10 dias de haber recibido la mercancia. Las mercancias que son devueltas por razones personales del cliente o por error en la orden son sujetas al cargo de 20% del costo de la mercancia y los cargos de envios.

Refunds/Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. Also need to have authorization # within 10 days from receiving of goods. All return items must be original packaging. Return & damage items from retail customers will not be honered for refund or store credit.

Las devoluciones autorizadas seran reembolsadas el monto de la compra a su cuenta original, cuando recibamos fisicamente la mercancia del cliente. Todas las devolusiones tienen que estar en condiciones originales. No acceptamos las mercancias vendidas al consumidor final.
